I had an issue after my roof was completed. I spoke with Corey and text back and forth with Mclane through the whole process. I don’t know who hired them but they need more like those two gentlemen. They didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them and they were able to get a hold of the crew to resolve my issue so I am very happy with the service that I was given.

Remi Roofing, did an excellent job on the roof and replacement of the 38 solar panels. The entire job exceeded our expectations. Remi Roofing has exceptional communication, and kept us informed as work progressed. They cleaned up all around the house and made sure everything was in perfect working order. We could not be happier with outcome and Remi Roofing. They have an outstanding team and work carefully and hard to make sure everything is done right the 1st time. With much gratitude for a 10 out of 10 experience.

My experience with Remi from start to finish was easy to understand the communication down to the workmanship was top notch as far as I’m concerned. The Remi and Legacy Solar Solutions team did a fabulous job removing and installing my solar panels to assist in my home getting a new roof. The crew that did the work were extremely professional and knowledgeable of their craft. They were also a very friendly crew and answered any questions that I had. Remi roofing put on our new roof in coordination with our solar company. So far we are pleased. Roofing is an unseen household utility by the consumer, as the consumer cannot see or inspect the finished product, so we don't really know if there were any shortcuts taken, we just have to assume the contractors and workers do the right thing. When we did have a leak during the first rainstorm, Remi was contacted and after a few days they did return to cap the pipe on the roof that was causing the rain to come into the house. Remi had a project manager to contact and did respond to our needs. They were the recommended roofers who worked with our solar company to remove the solar panels, replace the roof, and replace the solar panels.

Remi Roofing did an outstanding job in repairing our roof. They took care of every detail from A to Z. I want to give a special shout out to Raul who was the agent assigned to our job. He established trust with me by responding to every question I had quickly and professionally. Raul exceeded my expectations and is an example of a fine employee representing his company. I would not hesitate to take advantage of their expertise and experience should the need arise again.

Remi had Heliotech from Worcester Ma. removed and reinstall my solar panels. The day of the reinstall was 90+ degrees and humid. They reworked diligently and got the job done and I was really impressed. I had 29 panels and the crew spent 3 hours after the install trying to get one panel to work. The other 28 were fine. In the end they determined the problem but didn’t have the part to fix it. I hope the problem is fixed quicker than my reinstall (4 weeks after my roof was shingled). That was Sun Runs fault not Heliotech or Remi.

Too many careless errors. The biggest headache was Remi's failure to get a permit from the City of Rock Springs. Weaver construction did an excellent job. However, the City of Rock Springs would not inspect the work due to the lack of a permit. It took Remi months to send an inspector out of Salt Lake. The inspector said it looked good, but he couldn't give me a copy of it because I hadn't paid him. Weaver has a 25-year warranty on their work. Remi wanted me to pay an extra $700 for a warranty. I refused. I also got a call from Remi telling me they had reviewed the drone footage from before the work began and there were some extra shingles and it would cost an extra $1,400. I said I wouldn't pay it, and was never charged. I would like a copy of the inspection report, and it would be great. I am happy with the new shingles. However, at 79. I don't appreciate extra stress.

Remi Roofing was great to deal with, we are a SunRun customer and Remi Roofing is a company SunRun recommended to remove and reinstall our solar panels. Communication was always clear and the removal and reinstallation was done in a timely manner. Justin and his partner were prompt and cleaned up after each stage of the process. We would definitely recommend Remi Roofing to anyone who needs their solar panels removed.

Remi did a fantastic job taking down our solar panels while I got a roof installed by a different company. I had already decided on a different roofing company. Sunrun contracted with Remi to remove and reinstall the solar panels and they did a fantastic job. Communication was great. The workers worked very hard and did a excellent job. I only gave four stars because there was a hard sale to go with their roofing company even though I had said no, that I had signed with another company. It was pretty frustrating to have to listen to the spiel just to get an appointment for the panels removal. It was just the sales guy that really dragged it down but everybody else was fantastic.

It is easy to 5?Star a company when all goes right but how they handle questions or concerns is really what separates 5stars from all the others. REMI roofing removed our solar panels for roofing then came back and reinstalled them. The crew for both was great but what makes them 5 star is how they handled a question we had. We asked if the panels were reinstalled in the same spots from where they were removed. We didn’t know the answer so REMI could have simply said yes and gone on from there. Instead the Remi crew returned double checked and adjusted any panels that needed adjustment. It was how they handled us and our question that made the difference. It will make the difference for you too. You can get a lot of companies to do the job, but it is the special company that goes the extra mile to ensure that the job is done 100% right. We are very pleased with their communication, their crew, and their commitment to doing a great job.

I was initially skeptical about using an intermediary between the insurance company and roof/gutter installer (and me), but I’m glad I decided to work with Remi. Storm damage inspection, repair proposal, installation were basically seamless. I coordinated mainly with Mitch Miesner at Remi and Ryan Texer at MD Roofing and Solar. Both were excellent with communication and follow through. Mitch was especially helpful in securing insurance upgrade from Class 3 to Class 4 shingles. Highly recommend working with Remi.

I guess the roofing job was done in conjunction with SunRun Solar. There were two Spanish speaking gentlemen working couple days on our home. I trust their work were satisfactory due to the panels that were installed by a Solar team when roof work was completed. I noted a few things: i specifically gave those two fellas instructions to watch for the satellite disk and they assure me that there would be no problem. After the second day when they left my TV satéllite was not functioning. I had to wait a week before a tech could fix it. They also left shingle debris etc on the ground especially where our cars parked. Lastly, a jacket was left on the apex of the roof where it was visible to the street. Funny at first but then I started questioning the quality of workmanship. I also informed Sunrun office of these observations.

They came on time to do the roof. My family and I were mainly at work but once returned the roofing came out really nice. They were really clean since I found no garbage anywhere, they did both the tearing of the old roof and installation of the new one all in one day. By the time i was home they were gone and finished. Highly would recommend to anyone who needs a new roofing done.

Big shout to Remi roofing who coordinated Sun Solar for the removal and reinstall of solar panels. Their correspondence was top notch making the experience extremely easy. Would highly recommend Remi Roofing! The Sun Solar crew was amazing! Arrived on time, extremely professional and did an incredible job with both the removal and reinstall. Both companies rated a 5+. My experience With Remi Roofing outstanding. The roofing contractors came took the roof down back up in a couple of days that was after the solar panels removal. That’s the same company very professional. Solar Guy took equipment off the roof and stored safely in the yard away from crying eyes until replaced the roof itself and the panel looked marvelous. I’m glad I contacted them and I also got my loan for the roof through their finance Company

They showed up when I was told they would. They worked more than 12 hours the first day. And worked hard . The job was completed the next day. They cleaned up thoroughly. Would not have known there had been work done on my property. The roofing work was completely and exceptional results . I do not hesitate to recommend them. I had to replace my roof which was an expensive proposition, but what isn’t expensive in today’s economy! Remi supported me throughout the process. The contractors selected for my project were very professional and efficient. They made sure my property was clean before they left each day which I appreciated very much. My many solar panels were removed and stored until the new roof was installed. Upon completion, the solar panels were reinstalled and hooked up to the grid without a hitch. I would highly recommend Remi Roofing and Construction for roofing repairs and/or replacement. Five Stars Plus!

Excellent service, communication and work! Remi was extremely transparent and communicative during the entire process. Their sub-contractors arrived on time, were polite, respectful, did excellent work and cleaned up the entire thing! Other than a new roof on the house- you would never have known they were there! Neighbors left in the morning and came back after work and -other than the new roof- had no idea we had a full roof rip and install in a single day! They handled all of the coordination of removing the solar panels, the roof replacement and the reinstall of the panels seamlessly! The work was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The Remi crew was just great to work with. Our rep was Sterling & he made the whole process so easy & painless, it was a dream. It was a little pricey but with the amount of work they did & it was so hassle-free for my family that it was worth every penny. The local work crews they hired were professional & cleaned up the whole property like they were never there. Arrived on time & the guys were very respectful. After a long and frustrating experience with Sunrun Solar, I have to give credit where it’s due. Their subcontractor, Remy, and his crew were outstanding. Worked with Remi per Sunrun solar recommendation. From start to finish Remi was courteous, professional, responsive and clearly cared about the customer. The company they contracted with to remove and replace my solar panels was absolutely the same with their concerns for customer. Ultimately the crew they brought did a fantastic job. The previous installation lasted no where’s near what I thought it should, but in no way is that a reflection on Remi or members of its team. I highly recommend Remi for anyone considering a solar panel repair or removal/reinstall operation.

I'm a Sunrun customer so there were a few logistics that had to be considered when finding a roofing company. I had spoken to Sunrun, and they referred Remi Roofing as their go to company. I called Jake and immediately he was ready to make my life easier. After multiple conversations, exploring options and what tile we wanted. I called Jake to give him the green light. From the first communication Jake was respectful, knowledgeable and not once was he pushing for an answer. One of the contributing factors why I decided to go with Remi. Nothing worse than having someone trying to force an agreement. Jake Ralph and his team were amazing every step of the way. Jake was very patient with me and all my questions before we had even made the decision to go with Remi. He kept me informed and though we had some weather hiccups everything went pretty good. Their texting system was pretty great, though a few times I got the text letting me know the team was on their way and they were already at my house. Their subcontractors were amazing as well. I was informed when they would arrive, how long the job would take and were respectful and great guys all around. Jake was available even when his job was technically complete. I would recommend Remi Roofing especially if you have solar panels. My roof looks fantastic.

The general manager of the job, Mick Eggerton and all of the staff was extremely courteous and responsive whenever I called. It took almost 10 months to have my panels reinstalled after a fire through no fault of Remi. It took my solar panel company that long to get everything in order. I am grateful for Remi’s support and professional service. The crew onsite was also great. They did a super job. Thank you, Remi!

Remi roofing is top notch. Their team delivers in every area from start to finish. I was well informed of everything that was going on that concerned my roof they were fast, they were efficient and most of all my roof is one of the most beautiful roofs around. The process of getting a new roof can be quite stressful, but Kade Simmons at Remi made it a seamless, easy process. Kade got us the best deal he could give, and explained everything in precise detail. Any issues such as financing options, or contract details, were explained clearly and quickly. Kade was communicative and there for us every step of the way! I could not have asked for a better person to help us get a new roof. Going through Remi was one of the best decisions we have made in a long time. Ask for Kade Simmons if you want a no stress, easy process when getting a new roof. He is the best!!

Remi was excellent in communication. They always kept me informed and was extremely fast to respond to any of my questions. The work done at my house was excellent from removal to reinstallation. I was lucky to have a company like Remi work with me on this project, I have nothing but good things to say about the people I spoke to by phone or text and the people who performed the work at my home your communication especially was next level and I really appreciate that.

Roof had two leaks in the upper story around the skylights. The roofing company did a nice job of repair as we had 6" of rain shortly after the repair, and no water damage. The coordination of solar removal, roof repair, and reinstall solar took some patience, but in the end the job was completed and done well. Remi has the right contacts and a fair price to get the problem solved.

This crew was in charge of removing & re-installing our solar panels due to roof work needed. They did a great job! My husband is extremely picky & he was very pleased with their work. They did such an excellent job that the panels are installed better than when they were originally installed. The boxes pulled away from the house when the panels were removed. They made sure to re-install them correctly to ensure that doesn’t happen again. They followed up when completed to test the system that we were generating power. They also kept us in the loop with the work being done & explained everything as they went. Very happy with the quality of the work done!

Outstanding Service – Truly Went Above and Beyond We cannot say enough good things about Remi Roofing. After our roofing project was completed, we discovered that our solar panels were no longer productive. This could have easily turned into a frustrating, drawn-out situation, but Logan, from Remi Roofing, stepped up in a way that truly exceeded our expectations. Even though the issue involved post-construction solar performance, their team took ownership of the situation and worked diligently to make sure everything was made right. They coordinated and ensured that another technician came out to properly diagnose and repair the solar system so it could be returned to full service. Their dedication, follow-through, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Without their assistance and determination to see the job through, we would still be dealing with a non-productive solar system. Instead, everything is now working exactly as it should. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers—but Remi Roofing absolutely does. We highly recommend them and are extremely grateful for their professionalism and support from start to finish.

I had been dealing with Sunrun since May of 2024 about having the solar panels removed for a roof that had an active leak. Case Mgr #1 with Sunrun told me she could not recommend a roofer. I would need to find my own. I did get a bid from a roofing company that also installed solar. When they found out Sunrun was the solar company they recommended calling Sunrun back as they had another customer that Sunrun voided all warranties because their company had R&R the panels. I went through case mgr #2 who said they would have a roofing company contact me. Jump ahead to Dec 2025 no contact from anyone, so I called Sunrun only to find out case mgr #3 (who I hadn't received any communication from) had closed the case because "client is non responsive". I called Sunrun back and finally was referred to Sterling at Remi Roofing.Great communication, job was scheduled and started within 2 weeks of initial phone call. They finished in a week, solar is up and running. Kept us updated every few days on progress. Finished the job in a week. They are the local Sunrun partner company. Using any other company will void all warranties per Sunrun.

Because this wasn't immediately obvious, several months after my new roof was installed, I found out my old solar system wasn't working. On my own I tried to find a solution, so I called REMI back and Mac got involved in my project. It's always great to hear and experience a company that has service "after" the sale. Mac went out of his way for several days to help me and was more than helpful and I wish more companies had this kind of people working for them as often people don't seem to care any more. Mac restored my faith in companies and I will unreservedly recommend REMI when I hear that someone needs their service. Thank you Mac!!! Job well done.

I have only praise for Greg and his team at Remi. He’s been the calm during my panic when I had just weeks to get the roof replaced in the middle of winter, which included getting the solar panels down and maintaining the warranty, getting financing, helping me with the insurance, taking care of the permits and managing the subcontractors. Remi helped me with all of it. Every step of the way Greg and his staff were helpful, patient, and kind. The roofing subcontractor they used for my house was equally wonderful to work with including a thorough cleanup after the project was done so my dogs could safely go outside. And tho I had challenges with the solar sub, Remi took care of that for me too. If I ever need another roof, (let’s hope not), but if I do I’m calling Greg at Remi Roofing. Give them a call. You’ll understand why even my insurance adjuster said she was impressed with their contract. 1,000% I recommend them.

I'm installing a new roof, so I contacted Sunrun to inform them that the solar system will need to be temporarily removed and then reinstalled once the roof work is completed. Remi, who was recommended to us by Sunrun, led the team. The crew was highly professional and respectful throughout the process. They kept me informed about the progress of the job regularly. The team is trustworthy, and their customer service is excellent, responding promptly to all my inquiries. I highly recommend them.

Remi is a third-party removal and reinstallation partner for Sunrun Solar, and they are the sole reason I remain a Sunrun customer. I had serious concerns that went unaddressed, ignored, and dismissed by Sunrun for more than seven months. During that time, my roof sustained damage from the solar panels, including leaks, molding, and indentations, which understandably caused significant concern. I was actively taking steps to sever my relationship with Sunrun when Remi representative Joshua Harward stepped in and truly listened to my situation. He was professional, patient, and understanding from the start. Joshua investigated what was happening and followed up with an amicable and fair solution. He maintained consistent communication throughout the process and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. Mr. Harward and the rest of the Remi team were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed. The local roofing company Remi coordinated with (Marco, in the NY area) was also outstanding. They showed up in 20-degree weather and completed the job efficiently and professionally—an impressive level of dedication. While my relationship with Sunrun remains on thin ice, thanks to Joshua Harward, Remi, and everyone involved in resolving my project, I feel much more confident moving forward and restoring trust in my solar provider.

Very happy with our experience with Remi Roofing! They got us financed to complete our roof at a number that works for my budget! The crew started our roof earlier than expected, two and a half days to tear off, resheet, bring everything up to code, add roof vents, while keeping us informed of the installation progress. They started the 23rd of December and offered to work Christmas Day!!!! We preferred them to take the day off, they came and finished up this morning the 26th. Never expected to be able to get a roof in December in Iowa! 100% satisfied, would recommend them to every senior needing a new roof on a limited income! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

They'll charge you 12k+ to take down your panels and put them back up after the new roof. The new roof is about 10k. 22k total. They'll then reschedule your work 4 times for the new roof and so far twice to re install the solar. Dragging the project out to almost 2 months. Maybe longer we will see. 1156 sg ft ranch. 22k. Not only will they reschedule, you wont know they rescheduled until they dont show up. Edit: After speaking with a Remi representative the issues came from the companies Remi contracted. Im pleased to say Remi made this whole situation right. Thank you.

The folks at Remi Roofing Offered me a 50 year Composite Roof Replacement for A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE !!! They Price Matched previous offer plus Remi’s Product was Superior Product. The Remi Crew was Very Professional though out the process. Wes Persinger the sales representative was very professional & courteous. The Installation Crew Was Excellent !!! Very Professional and Efficient !!! Their Work Was completed in TWO DAYS !!!! Excellent Work Though Out !!!

Josephine Obasi and Mac Bird are Customer Support agents who accomplished the impossible for our family! A subcontractor failed to show up on the agreed day to remove our solar panels and we were replacing a leaking roof the next day! They extraordinarily got a new contractor the next day and we got a new roof the day after! Thank you Guys SO much! You're the BEST ever! You rescued our family!

Still very early, I’ve had the roof on for less than a day. However the crew was very professional. You can tell a lot by how they clean up, and this crew did an amazing job! The dumpster was next to my driveway so I was worried about stray nails that I would pick up in a tire. I went over my driveway for over an hour with a magnet and didn’t find anything. It was a pro crew, very much appreciated!

The entire process was easy and clear. Excellent communication by the contractor meant no surprises. It took only one week from making the decision to having a crew do the job. They did a great job, completing the 2500 sq ft roof in 8 hours and it looks fabulous. The job also cost less with Remi than estimates from competing roofers. The crew were friendly, polite, professional and easy to work with I couldn't be happier with everything.

Remi Roofing has truly been one of the very BEST roofing / solar companies I have had the pleasure to work with here I. Clearwater , Fl. Mike was so helpful at every step and the communication updates are amazing. The supervisor David stayed on top of everything and checked in to make sure everything was great! Highly recommend . They operate nationwide I believe but I’ll be using them again.

I had 62 squares of shingles put on my roof and they did an excellent job the cleanup was excellent I had to pick up a few nails but no big deal. But the problem I have now they finished the job and I've been trying to call him to get the completion certificate so I could turn it into my insurance. I've called 15 times and nobody answers the phone nobody calls me back. It's like they're not in business even the salesman's cell phone number was disconnected. That's not good.

Had a very good experience with Remi! There were some problems from a local company and Remi took control to get it resolved. They didn’t leave me to deal with it myself. Everyone I’ve had contact with from Remi has been kind, professional, and caring. A special shout out to Logan, who went above and beyond. That’s what you can expect from them. I highly recommend! Remi doesn’t d a wonderful job removing my solar panels, For a new roof installation. The crew were so professional, and helpful. They kept me informed and updated with all aspects of my project. Remmi identified a problem panel. And updated the solar company. They reapplied the solar panels we are waiting on Solar company to replace the defected panel. I appreciate their work

Working with Remi was a good experience. They handled the financing professionally. They communicated well throughout the process. The roofers removed and installed my 2,300 sf roof in one day. The crew was efficient and did quality work. I had one complaint, the crew did not speak English. But, The Remi rep communicated with them. All concerns during the installation were resolved. The concerns turned out to be nothing to worry about. (Plywood replacement, were they going to be done in time?) A lot of roofers charge extra for plywood replacement, not them. I highly recommend them

Consistent courteous, and honest responses to all our inquiries and calls from the first day to the last. T also goes for the contractors that came out to the house to R+R the solar panels and fix the leaks on the roof they were installed on. Everyone was polite and professional whether I spoke them on the phone or in person. Very pleased with Remi and glad we went with y’all! Highly recommend. Remi Roofing, came to remove and reinstall my solar panels because I was having a new roof installed. The installers Jonathan and Daniel were awesome. They answered all my questions and concerns. Their quality of work was awesome. They forward to me aerial photos of my solar panels after installed. They both went above and beyond. I highly recommend Remi Roofing if you need your solar panels remove for whatever reason and of course the installers Jonathan and Daniel.

I’ll start off by saying I have been fortunate up until now to not need to have a roof replaced on my house this being my first time I had no idea what to do what was going on but my representative Jeff from Remi was amazing. He walked me through the whole process broke everything down step-by-step Went out of the way to accommodate a couple things I want to have done while the roof is being replaced worked with different installers to get me a quote was extremely friendly, not pushy very comfortable to work with and one of the few people I can comfortably say I had a great experience with. From the moment of my first phone call to the day of completion, I was contacted by Remi with the status of my work order. The contractors they hired were just as consistent with the up keep. I would really like to thank all of the staff by name but I may forget a name and that would not be fair to anyone. The company they hired (SOLAR GUARDIANS) to remove and replace my panels were respectful,clean,courteous and quite knowledgeable. The roofers A & F Restorations were on the job bright and early, they were working non stop. Actually they left my yard cleaner than they found it. Any one who is looking to have solar needs to contact REMI. They made every step of the process seamless.

As I was getting a new roof I needed my solar panels removed. Remi sent a team out in less than a week and the panels were off. When it was time to reinstall a team was here within 5 days. I was kept informed by Remi and their solar team and received confirmation of date and time for reinstall. The solar reinstall team even called me the morning of to tell me when they would be on-site. I really appreciated this. When finished the solar team cleaned up nicely and made sure that the solar panels were powered up and performing properly. Happy Camper!

Sun Run has an excellent contracting Partner in Remi, Inc. Schulyer Jarman at Remi proved to be a very trustworthy resource and guide for getting our our existing Solar panels reinstalled on a beautiful new roof. if you are thinking about replacing your roof and you already have solar panels on it, Remi and All Bay Solar are absolutely the best. It can be a real dilemma finding companies that do both of these well. The Remi and All Bay Solar teams are highly professional, thorough, tidy and excellent communicators as to what is being done. I was at a total loss of what to do about our leased solar panels when we had a second buyer for our home. The first buyer wanted only to talk to a representative and ask a few questions. He heard the customer service wasn’t good and was concerned that if he had a problem he wouldn’t be able to talk to anyone. Z Abraham was our representative and told us he was our “go to” guy if we ever needed anything. The first buyer was completely turned off after our representative never got back to us until weeks later. I was afraid the we were going to lose the second buyer after trying to reach Z Abraham, again!!! Again , No return call! I finally reached Brandon, who was absolutely amazing and helped me through the entire process and we closed on our home this morning . I think he helped me through some areas that he was not even responsible for. I owe this smooth transition to Brandon. Thank you

Skye and Brittany were awesome in setting everything up. Brittany was able to pull permits instantly, which helped tremendously as we had a hole in our roof. They had crews out to remove our panels 2 days later and the job was completed within a week! Start to finish the roof was completed quick and efficiently. The new shingles look beautiful. Unfortunately, through no fault of Remi, the solar panel company, Sun Run, has dropped the ball and left us hanging. Our panels are still not working. I have been chasing Sun Run for contracts, the invoice and now properly working equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Remi but not SunRun.
